Booking Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2. Payment & Deposit

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We recommend event insurance for added protection.

4. Changes & Amendments

Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the event and are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the event.

6. Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
